* Due to space we can normally only accept Rabbits, which live in outdoor enclosures, although it may be possible, providing the cage is provided for their stay. Please contact us for availability.
* All guests must be tame, to enable us to handle them safely and provide them with the best possible care
* All Rabbits must be vaccinated, at least 2 weeks prior to stay, for viral haemorrhagic disease and myxomatosis, a valid vaccination card must be provided on drop off.
* We also recommend that all guests have had flea/mites preventative treatment prior to their stay to prevent the spread of parasites between guests.
* All guests must be in good health showing no signs of pregnancy or illness. Any pre-existing medical condition must be discussed prior to arrival to ensure we are able to care for your pet and written consent must be given before we can administer any medication. We reserve the right to refuse any animal showing signs of illness.
* If your pet becomes ill during their stay we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately and consult our vet. If your pet requires veterinary care we will transport your pet free of charge but any veterinary costs will be charged in your name and address.
* If the unlikely event was to incur and your pet passes away in our care we will contact you immediately, we would then take your pet to our vets where they will await your instruction. Any vet fees are payable in full by you, the owner.
* Non-collection of pets - in the event that a pet is not collected within 14 days after the arranged collection date Amy's Animal Ark reserves the right to re-home the animal.
* No hidden costs or cancellation fees
LIABILITY - We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst staying at Amy's Animal Ark and all pets are left entirely at the owners risk. We also accept no liability for any injury sustained by you on our premises.
